Cancellations

We require 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment free of charge.

Less than 24 hours' notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment.

Less than 12 hours' notice: A fee of 70% of the scheduled treatment.

Missed appointments (No-shows): A fee of 100% (the full price) of the scheduled treatment.
